We represent a broad range of clients in the acquisition, development and disposition of real estate. We have represented and worked with developers, business owners, individual investors, institutional lenders, and REITS. We are experienced in the intricacies of real estate transactions and business structures, and assist our clients with 1031 exchanges, joint ventures, and syndications. We can assist clients with permitting and other matters involving local city and county governmental agencies. We are also experienced with real estate brokerage issues and serve as counsel to real estate brokerage firms.
Lending & Financing
We represent developers, lenders, brokers, investors, and property owners in connection with commercial real estate loans. We help negotiate and document acquisition financing, secured and unsecured financings, construction and development loans, take-out financing, and securing public financing assistance.
Leasing
We represent both landlords and tenants in the leasing of all kinds of real estate properties, including retail leases, commercial office leases, multi-tenet industrial leases, net leases, ground leases, build-to-suit, and subleases. We also have experience with licensing real estate for short term uses.
Litigation
In addition to having strong real estate transaction attorneys, we also have skilled attorneys seasoned in litigating real estate matters, such as: purchase contract disputes, title matters, easements, creditor rights, landlord-tenet issues, environmental and construction defect disputes. We strive to resolve conflicts quickly through mediation or arbitration when possible.
