Profile: Mr. Kurtzhall joined the firm in 2006 as a law-clerk. He specializes in civil litigation, bankruptcy, collections, negotiations & settlements and real property law.
Education: Mr. Kurtzhall graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with a minor in Literature and received his Juris Doctor from Pacific West College of Law graduating Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Kurtzhall participated in international criminal and civil rights programs at the University von Amsterdam in the Netherlands which involved studying at the ICC (International Criminal Court) at The Hague during Slobodan Milosevic’s trial for war crimes. Mr. Kurtzhall held a prestigious externship at the Gang Unit of the Orange County District Attorney’s office where he actively assisted Gang Suppression officers and District Attorneys in the investigation, compilation and prosecution of gang related felonies and capital murder cases.
