Practice Areas:  Business Litigation. Areas of expertise include construction law, representing general contractors, subcontractors, and material men, with emphasis on mechanic lien and stop notice law, real property disputes, delay damages and lien issues.

Profile:  Mr. Ward heads up the litigation department of Hallstrom, Klein & Ward, LLP. For seventeen continuous years he has focused on state and federal litigation. He is AV rated and highly experienced. Mr. Ward is also retained counsel for the local chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). He teaches seminars on mechanic lien and stop notice law, public and private projects. Mr. Ward is also fluent in Spanish.

Education:  Graduated Cum Laude from Cornell Law School, Mr. Ward also received his B. A. from Brigham Young University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Member:  American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, J. Reuben Clark Law Society, California State Bar Sections of Business Law.

Admitted:  California Superior Courts, California Appellant Court, California Supreme Court, and the United States District Court California Central and Southern Districts.
