Practice Areas: Ms. Levine has over thirty years of legal experience focused on business litigation. She handles all phases of litigation from initial claim development or defense through trial and the post-trial appellate process. Ms. Levine has defended and prosecuted contract disputes, all types of business tort claims including fraud, unfair competition, unfair business practices, interference with economic advantage and non-compete covenants, employment disputes including wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, and construction delay claims on behalf of both developers and contractors.
Profile: Ms. Levine’s wide range of experience in trial practice, mediation and arbitration has developed from training with seasoned trial attorneys in large and medium firms and as a partner with a Beverly Hills firm known for its aggressive trial attorneys.
Education: Ms. Levine graduated in the top 10% of her class from Loyola Law School; was a member of the Law Review and on the Dean’s List. She received a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA graduating Magna Cum Laude; was a member of the UCLA Political Science Honor Society, Pi Gamma Mu National Social Science Honor Society and was on the Dean’s List.
